Joshua Croke is a designer and creative who has focused their career on inclusive facilitation and equity-centered community design. They are passionate about cultivating equitable, just, and joyful communities alongside people most impacted by social challenges. Josh founded Action! by Design, a community development and design agency helping organizations amplify community power through community engagement & facilitation, coalition building, and branding & storytelling. Josh co-founded and sits as Board President for Love Your Labels, a nonprofit supporting LGBTQIA2S+ youth through art, fashion, and design. Josh’s work specifically addresses issues connected to achieving racial equity, addressing systemic and structural oppression, and amplifying the representation of LGBTQIA2S+ people in decision-making spaces.
